How to Change A Page’s Navigation Title

(Does Not Apply to Homepage)

In this section we will show you how to change the page navigation title on any page (except the Homepage).  A page’s “navigation title” is the title used in the Navigation Bar – not on the page, itself.  Usually the navigation title is short – sometimes much shorter than the actual page title.  This helps keep the Navigation Bar clean and compact.

Login and click “Edit My Website”

• Navigate to the page you wish to edit (in our case “About Us”)  - Click on the red “Edit this page” button at the top
• On the left sidebar, click “Advanced”
• You are now on the “Options Page” – Type in the Changes to the Navigation Title – Click “Save”
• This takes you back to the Home Page – Notice the Navigation Bar has changed but the Title on this page remains the same.
